Orders

We strive to fulfill all our orders as soon as they arrive. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order(s) to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping. Some of our products require one day of processing at the post office. After you’ve placed your order, we will send an email of your estimated shipping and delivery dates. Currently, we ship priority. At this time we do not provide overnight or expedited delivery. Please be mindful of delays that may ensue to due to inclimate weather and holidays.

We send a tracking link to track your package in all shipping confirmation emails! International orders will be processed in 2-3 business days and an additional 15-30 business days for shipping depending on your location. We will email you a tracking number so that you can keep up with your package(s). We can essentially ship to any address in the world. If for whatever reason there are stipulations and restrictions on a product in your country, we will contact you via email for this issue and provide you a 100% refund.  We will also email you within 48 hours after your order if shipping is not available in your country.

International shipping and handling starts at $35 and goes up with USPS.  Shipping times vary based on customs and country of destination.  Please email us as soon as you have made your order so that shipping arrangements and payment for shipping can be made. Make sure you add in international shipping fee into your cart upon purchase.

Our company is based in the USA, and all USA orders will not be charged duty fees.

All of our products comply with local standards and regulations.

While most of our orders do not receive import taxes or duty fees, we are not responsible for any taxes or fees from importing our product.

Customers residing outside of the United States:

  •    We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  •    If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
  •    If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
  •    Customers have up to a maximum of 30 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

Returns & exchanges for international orders

 Orders shipping outside of the United States: 

  •      We are able to accept return and exchange requests for international orders within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  •      We are unable to accommodate any requests falling out of these guidelines.
  •      All items must be returned in their original condition with tags/packaging attached and must not be opened, or altered in any way. 

We are unable to accept return or exchange requests for any limited edition, clearance, or sale items.

  

Transit issues

Brandon Roberts will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please take the time to verify that your name, address, contact information, apartment, building, dorm, house numbers, university, dorm names, company names, or any other necessary shipping information. Please note that we are not able to deliver to a PO box number. If you notice an error, please contact Brandon Roberts as soon as possible in order to correct the address. If the package has already been shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist you with. Brandon Roberts is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as a result of one’s negligence to properly reviewing and verifying correct shipping and billing information.

 If, for whatever reason, your package is returned to us, depending on the circumstances, you may be charged a shipping fee again. No refunds will be issued to customers on orders where the shipping and billing information was not entered correctly. We ask that you please keep this in mind.

Disclaimers

Brandon Roberts is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility, it is up to the customer to follow up with our shipping provider.

USPS is our shipping provider and we ask that any inquiries or claims be brought to them.

Please keep track of your tracking number to prevent any issues.

Returns/refunds

We value your satisfaction. While we strive for the very best quality, our product has traveled far and wide to make its way to you, and in that process there may be an issue during transit or we may miss a defect. 

All returns of physical goods are subject to inspection prior to any refund being issued.

If you notice upon delivery that there is any damage to the package, then do not accept the item and return it to the nearest post office do not open the package. Email thehiphoporacle@spiritsquad.org with the location where the package was returned and the name and phone number of that location as soon as you can to notify us of the damage with pictures if possible. 

If you notice later that there was any breach to the package and the product was damaged during shipping, please take multiple pictures of the package and/or the merchandise and send it to thehiphoporacle@spiritsquad.org. Any return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund ($5-$35). We strongly recommend adding delivery/signature confirmation to all return packages to us, spiritsquad.org will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. Also, please allow up to 7 business days after that for your refund to show on your bank statement. 

Additional non-returnable, non-refundable items:

* Electronic materials such as E-mailed or direct messaging Readings

*any donations

* Phone or Skype scheduled Readings

*any live reading on instagram, facebook, or periscope 

* Any Gemstone Crystal Product

*Any Oil or herbal Product if it has been used.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
